Super nice staff and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Lots of choices of activities through the day and the food was great too. Would be a perfect place for families with kids as they have a big playground, a giant shallow pool with slides just for children and a kids' club.

We stayed here for six days and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. The grounds are beautiful, our room was clean and very comfortable. There were always plenty of chairs at the beach or the pool. It's a great place to come and rewind. The specialty restaurants weren't that amazing, but we didn't come to the resort for that. The staff was amazingly friendly. Great drink service on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

The Allegro Cozumel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the staff were so nice, especially Danna, the beach waitress. So nice, kind and helpful! I got two massages from Olga and Alexandria (sp), and they both were fantastic! Highly recommend getting a massage from either or both of these ladies. Great beach and great staff.
