All-inclusive details
• Property is all-inclusive. Onsite food and beverages are included in the room price.
• The beach is just a few steps away, The resort is right on the beach and yes it's good for swimming.
• There are 3 outdoor pools available in total, 1 adult pool and 2 family pools.
• There is no shuttle service but you may ask for such service at the airport.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.

Arrecifes de Cozumel National Park is part of the second-largest coral reef in the world and one of the most beautiful. It has a great biodiversity of marine flora and fauna, which brings divers from all over the world to experience it.
