The apartment is composed as follows:
- 47 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with access to balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A first balcony of 4 m² with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second 4 m² balcony accessible from the first bedroom.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
