Come and discover Nid Serein, T2 apartment on the first floor of 31m², bright, completely renovated and equipped for your greatest comfort.
In a quiet area, it is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the port and beach.
It is composed of a living room (comfortable double sofa bed) with equipped kitchen as well as a separate bedroom (curtains) with comfortable double bed, office area and storage cupboard, and a shower room.
It includes a private garden of 26m² facing south as well as a free private parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

The (independent) entrance to this 31m² Nid Serein apartment is through its private garden (with outdoor furniture) facing South.
The apartment also has a private parking space only about ten meters away.
While being quiet in a condominium, the apartment is located 3 minutes walk (200m) from the shops of the city center and the market on Tuesdays and Fridays, less than 10 minutes walk from the port by the pedestrian path that runs along the river Seulles, 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and several beaches as well as a large supermarket Carrefour market.
Nid Serein is very bright with a large window (tilt-and-turn function and manual roller shutter) in the bedroom and a large glass door (with curtains and shutters) in the living room.
It has a bedroom with a 140cm bed for two people and a sofa bed (comfortable) in the living room offering two additional beds (130cm wide).
An office area, work area, is part of the bedroom as well as a storage cupboard/wardrobe.
In the living room there is also a 32-inch smart TV as well as a DVD/Blu Ray player and a bluetooth speaker, many books and board games. Kitchen open to the living room, with oven, induction hob, hood, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and French press, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator. The dining table is high with bar-type chairs. Finally, a bathroom (small but functional) with shower, sink and toilet completes this single-storey accommodation.

We provide free of charge (on request) a child/baby kit (high chair, travel cot, extra mattress, freestanding bath, changing table, deckchair...
Animals (dogs, cats) are also accepted with a small supplement (10€ per stay) in the apartment and we provide free bowls, litter box in particular, on request. They must be kept on a leash outside and droppings must be picked up (bags provided on request).
Linen is optional on request. An additional charge of €15 for 2 or €20 for 4 (or if two beds) will be required for any stay of less than 7 nights.
A refund request will be made for any damage, missing item or unexpected cleaning, as well as for any excessive electricity consumption.
The apartment should be made as clean as you found it.
For more serenity, the Nid Serein accommodations are equipped with a robot mop vacuum cleaner that will save you the task of cleaning the floors... All you have to do is clean the kitchen and bathroom and of course put away the dishes and empty the garbage. An extra charge (20€) will be requested if this is not done correctly.
Mountain bike rental possible to be requested when I book if possible (15€ per bike per stay).
