The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, with a sea view, 200 meters from the beach, with a surface area of 58 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (ADSL) included, sheets and towels available at an additional cost. We are waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and access to the balcony.

- Bedroom 1: one double bed, access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, access to the balcony. Simply lift the top bed and place it next to the bottom bed to create two single beds, each with a raised bed base.

- Two balconies, each measuring 3 m², for enjoying sunny days: one accessible from the living room and the other shared by the bedrooms.
