Welcome to Capucine,<br><br><br>This duplex with a small balcony is ideal for enjoying a pleasant stay by the sea with family or friends.<br><br>This apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the beach and 9 minutes from downtown.<br><br><br>This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.<br><br><br>This charming duplex opens onto an entryway with a half-bath on your right, followed by a living room featuring a dining area and a lounge/TV area.<br><br><br>On the first floor of the apartment, there is a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a closet.<br><br><br>The fully equipped kitchen includes:<br><br>- Oven<br><br>- Stovetop<br><br>- Refrigerator/freezer<br><br>- Microwave<br><br>- Electric kettle<br><br>- Toaster<br><br>- Nespresso and filter coffee machines<br><br>- Dishes<br><br><br>Upstairs in the apartment, you’ll find:<br><br>- A bedroom with two single beds<br><br>- A bedroom with a double sofa bed (140 cm)<br><br>- A shower room.<br><br><br>You can park your car on the sidewalk along the street or in the residence’s parking lot (all parking is free).
