This apartment, which can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to its bedroom with a queen-size bed and its sofa bed, is located near downtown and across from the Courseulles marina.

The property is managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge service for vacation rentals that takes great care of its guests!

This charming 36m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
It is located on the first floor of a quiet residence, with its back to the Courseulles marina (there are only 2–3 steps to climb upon entering the apartment).

The entryway opens into the living area, which features a table and chairs, a TV, and a 2-person sofa bed (140x190cm; please bring your own sheets—best suited for a child). The apartment overlooks the parking lot and the oyster bed.

You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Small pets are allowed provided they are well-behaved and house-trained.
