I want to give a shout out to Ashley, who went above and beyond her call of duty. Our tv wasn't working, so she called an offsite maintenance worker and he walked her through steps to get our tv working. She was not only very patient but was genuinely concerned about having a resolution to our tv problem. The front desk lady, Crystal was also very kind , my whole experience was exceptional and i definitely will stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Though the first night some neighboring room was playing loud music and found it hard to sleep. The stay was nice. The room was a bit small for the pull out couch and king bed so next time I will upgrade to something bigger if we come back in the future. Over all though it was in a good area and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and staff was overall nice and attentive.

Bad room service

I got a room with a kitchen, there was no dish washing soap or scrub. No hash washing soap. After I informed the front desk, the room service lady came and told that is not provided with short stay. My friend stayed in the fourth florr and they had it all.
