I have stayed at this property four times. The rooms are pretty clean and the beds are very comfortable. Overall for the price, this motel is a good deal. However, management needs to address the slow drains in the bath tubs. During each of my visits the bathtub backed up while showering. Not fun showering in standing water. I think it would be a quick fix with using Drano in each room. Aside from that, for the price it's decent.

Okay for the money

Lots of people running around in the parking lot all night long making noise and setting of car alarms. Okay place to stay if you keep an eye on everything, may not be good for kids. Rooms are in need of repairs but are okay for a few nights at the good price. A bout a dozen dump trucks parked there every night making noise when they come in and leave about 5am

This property is in a great area for restrants also Walmart close by for my self it’s always clean never had a problem with bed bugs or any shanagans with stealing!

The rooms could be updated especially the bathrooms! Towels were extremely worn and small, plus you are only provided a small amount. Wasn’t terrible for the price, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Previous to my most recent stay, I spent five nights at this hotel. Given the price, I thought it was an excellent value. However, my most recent stay was not so good. I had walked around the room in my bare feet for a while. Later, when taking a shower, I could see the dirt from the floors coming off my feet. And, we were in a handicap room and the shower curtain was much too short and water splashed from underneath it into the bathroom area all around the toilet. Had to use up our towels to mop everything up. Lastly, there was hardly any water pressure in the sink. This was the case the last time we stayed as well. I think this hotel has a lot of potential as the beds are excellent. However, some additional care is needed in bringing the rooms of the speed.

Friendly staff who took care of some issues right away. I took a shower and the towel I went to use had a huge dirt stain on it. The vent in the bathroom had a bunch of toilet paper stuffed into it. I took the towel to front desk and the clerk gave us more towels and came up to look at the vent. She offered to clean the vent but we were only staying one night. She also showed us how to open the stuck door. The room was really comfy, good fridge and great tv

In town for the night- not sure why anyone would give negative review- staff and front desk ladies are super nice!! Accommodating and gave me a first floor room- room is clean- bathroom clean and and no weird smells. You can’t beat the price!!! I would def stay at this super 8 again!

Motel was very nice. Receptionist was great. Very friendly and professional. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Spectrum TV offered a great selection of channels to watch. I will stay again next time im in Cookeville.

The room was clean and tidy. The TV remote was non functional. The pillows were wore out years ago. The peephole was missing from the door leaving only a hole.
