Comfortable beds, breakfast was good, hot options. Cleanliness wasn't great, chairs in lobby were stained and our carpet in our room had stains everywhere. Staff was very nice and checking in and out was easy, close to anything you would need from stores to restaurants

Very Poor Hotel Management. A stray dog came in and out of the hotel at will. The night duty man led the dog out...but that lasted only a few minutes and the dog was in the kitchen and had the run of the main floor. Later, at one point there were four paid employees watching the dog. The milk was bad and was reported to the kitchen worker. She went for milk but upon return, she was so busy watching the dog that the milk was not served! These are only two illustrations of management at the lowest levels.
