We book a room that shows a hot plate and large refrigerator as we were going to stay a week. The hotel doesn’t have any of these rooms. Also, the hotel shows its age. Water leak by the toilet and stairs to the second floor has broken/rusted railings.

I chose this location due to the high rating. Apparently the ratings didn’t come from “real” people. Run down, dingy, rusty stairs, stained carpet, poorly repaired ceilings and the list goes on. Bring your own pillows. We havent made it to breakfast yet and a refund won’t be given because we booked through this site. I am hoping there is the opportunity to upload some photos. The lobby is not well lit and dingy looking. I’m concerned about the breakfast in the morning. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as I anticipate. Traveling with my senior parents and really wanted to show them a nice time and stay in a nice play. Disappointed. No sleep tonight The lady at the desk was very friendly. The attached restaurant closes at 9

We checked in without checking the room, took our stuff in and the room was the outer in the room was overbearing. I thought we could leave the door open and air it out which we tried, and we could never get rid of it. I don’t know if it was dog urine or what, but it was not supposed to have had a dog in that room, but we walked out and went to Holiday Inn Express.
