Located on the sixth floor of a secure building with a caretaker and elevator, this 38 m² apartment has been fully and carefully renovated using high-quality materials. It boasts an exceptional location with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Concarneau. Just a few minutes' walk from the town center, you can easily enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city while being within immediate reach of the beaches and coastal path.



The accommodation:



As you enter, a hallway guides you to the various rooms of the apartment. On the left, a spacious bathroom awaits, equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower and a washing machine – perfect for longer stays. The decor is simple and elegant, offering maximum comfort.



The main living area, bathed in light, offers a flexible and functional living space. You’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a filter coffee machine. Then, there is the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), and a cozy dining space with a view of the bay. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to optimize space and create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.



The true highlight of this studio is undoubtedly its balcony. It offers a stunning view of Rodel beach – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a drink at the end of the day. A sheltered area allows you to enjoy the panorama even in cloudy weather.



To make your stay easier, a private and numbered parking space (no. 99 on the second basement level) is available. Please note: the maximum vehicle height for access is 1.70 meters.



Our concierge service offers optional linen rental. The set including bed sheets and towels is available for €20 per bed. The main bedding is a double bed (160x200 cm). This option is not mandatory, but must be requested at the time of booking.
