House (built in 2021) with 60 m² of living space on a fully fenced 250 m² lot.
Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Cabellou, known for its many beaches in Concarneau, just 50 meters from Bouchers Beach and the entrance to the GR34 coastal hiking trail.

The property is fully furnished and equipped for 4 people:
- Ground-floor bedroom with a 200 x 160 cm bed, storage closet, and smart TV.
- Upstairs bedroom with two 190 x 90 cm single beds, a storage closet, and a workspace (access via a ladder, so not suitable for people with limited mobility or very young children).
- Living room with a 3/4-seater sofa and a smart TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- Laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
- Large wooden deck with patio furniture and a grill.
- Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!
- Very fast fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
- Bed linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival for stays of one week or longer. - For short stays, there is a surcharge of 20 € per person for linens.

Stays:
- Minimum 2 nights, Sunday through Friday.
- Weekends, Friday through Sunday.
- Weekdays, Saturday through Saturday.
- Weekly rentals are available only during school vacations.

Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit upon booking.
- Balance + tourist tax + €60 cleaning fee on the day of arrival.
- €300 security deposit after inspection.
- Payment: bank transfer, cash.

Arrival and Departure:
- Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
If possible, I’m flexible with arrival and departure times so you can make the most of your stay. ;-)

La maison est bien équipée, fonctionnelle.et très propre. La situation est parfaite : la plage à 50 m et le GR également pour une belle ballade côtière. Jean-Michel est très accueillant et se soucie du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans une très belle région.Nadine et Jean-Luc.
