Emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© dans la ville, permet de se promener trĂšs facilement et de peu prendre la voiture si on reste Ă  proximitĂ©.La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et son jardin vraiment apprĂ©ciable surtout avec de petits enfants. Le petit plus, le mini potager Ă  disposition lorsque les tomates et quelques fruits sont mĂ»rsÀ noter, la baie vitrĂ©e donnant une jolie vue sur le jardin et une belle luminositĂ© apporte Ă©galement beaucoup de chaleur dans le salon car pas de volet ou rideau
