During my stay: The pool was closed by the health department, the provided drinking water was yellow, and my room caused physical illness that subsided only after I left the building. Police were called to the property following an altercation between staff and a guest in the parking lot. The front desk clerk (older female, short gray hair) was aggressively dismissive when I reported the room's condition. She refused a room change and offered no assistance. Upon returning to retrieve my son’s forgotten medication, this same staff member forcibly snatched my ID out of my hand. I checked out early and moved to the neighboring hotel for the safety of myself and my child."
