We spotted several deer in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The property also has an interesting history that spans several centuries. "Quiet and trendy "inn" comprised of a common hall / check-in area (with board games and plenty of tables to play), a large courtyard with a "stage", a main building with roughly a half-dozen rooms and several separate cabins and camping trailers each featuring a room or two. Located in a quiet residential area, butting against a dry creek and a large field under massive trees. Outside looks super old and rusted, by design. Inside is wonderfully clean, modern, contemporary, comfortable and equally well decorated. End the evening by one of the several fire pits. And sip your morning coffee on your balcony watching the deers run nearby across the creek. Beds and linen are top quality. In-room amenities are excellent. Room #6 has a loft with two twin beds, a super-fun and original configuration for families. No food on site but several nice local coffee shops and restaurants a few minutes drive away. Surprising! Refreshing!"
