We enjoyed our stay. The pool area was wonderful. We missed dinner hours (main restaurant closed at 5) in the restaurant so I can’t speak to the service. Went to the pub to order food but it didn’t feel very family friendly. We walked next door to restaurants and they delivered to the hotel. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

I was in Kerrville on a business trip and perhaps if it weren't business I would rate this property differently. The onsite restaurant was not open, wifi was not available in the rooms, the walls were thin (noisy neighbors), and generally it's an older property.

It’s a very great place and I’m sure when It first was fabulous. They need to replace the carpet and update the room. I highly recommend it and I would go back and the pool is great and it’s a beautiful piece of property and there’s lots of nice restaurants with beautiful views around and a nice park !!

We stayed on a Sunday night, so we didn't get to enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar. The pools are lovely and centrally located. Easy access throughout the property. Family friendly environment. Conference centers on site for family reunions or business gatherings. Has all the amenities one would want in a hotel/motel. Timeless character that I hope doesn't change if there ever is a revamp to the property. It's a lovely time travel to a time were community, family and charm still live on.
