The room was amazing, looked just like the photos. Smelled amazing, modern and chic, beds were comfy, pillows even more comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The only issues we had was the tv remote was not working so we had maintenance come up 3x. Before he left he made sure it worked, but shortly after, the remote stopped working again so we just gave up as to not be difficult guests. On checkout day, we were planning on having a relaxing morning, just soaking up everything before checkout until I was interrupted by the police dept to move my vehicle as the city was doing road work. So at that moment I became annoyed and decided to just start packing up. Other than those issues, we’d probably come back.

This hotel is a little gem. It’s one of the few hotels that really accommodate dogs. The restaurant was good and the room was perfect.

No microwave, no refrigerator...no chairs...no desk...completely terrible for a business trip. It has location, and is pretty, but completely impractical, particularly for a business traveler. As my wife said, it was designed by an architect not someone with hospitality experience. Also, the meeting room had pillars blocking and round tables, not great for speeches.

I loved the hotel, it's very well located, everything is very close, there are many dining options nearby, and free parking is very, very close. It was super clean and modern, and the shower in the bathroom was the best! My room had a king-size bed and was super comfortable with fabulous pillows. I would definitely stay there again.

Strange, strange experience…beautiful hotel and great location, but the room was very difficult to work with. Very dark, hard to put anything in the bathroom because very few hooks or shelves or any open space. Soundproofing not good at all, could hear coughing and snoring through the walls. Little storage space in the room as well. Concept is great, but it just feels like it was never finished.
