Bad Stay

Hi, my stay here wasn’t good at all. I booked to stay 2 nights & the 1st room they gave me the A/C was broke in it so the room was extremely hot. Then they proceeded to give me a second room but this room was only a king bed. So I didn’t have enough room cause it was 2 adults 3 kids in this room. I had no choice but to stay there though so when we finally got in the bed there was a roach in the bed.

Hotel okay but don’t trust the schedule

My family and I went out of town for a state swim meet. The team had warm ups at 7:10am so we were happy to hear breakfast started at 6:30am. We were disappointed that when we went to grab breakfast on our way out at 6:45 they were just setting out the coffee and pastries and nothing was ready yet. I had to stop and get food for my kids. This was disappointing as it was one extra expense I should not have had to have because breakfast was included (but not on time).

The staff was great in trying to accommodate us after having issues in both rooms. The rooms smelled musky, like the carpet had been wet. One room also had bugs in it. Chandler, who assisted us, eventually made sure that we were taken care of.

The hotel was very nice and my family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for 5 people ( we got the suite). The complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. Lastly, the staff was very kind and helpful.
