During our stay, staff informed me I would need to pay for my emotional support animal because they stated he could not alert me for anything. I was then questioned about medical details, which made me uncomfortable, as I did not feel it was appropriate to disclose personal health information. I felt pressured to explain why my dog was with me, which negatively impacted our experience.
In addition, the room conditions were unacceptable. We found a roach in the room, the toilet was not functioning in the first room, the charging outlets did not work in either room, and the sink drained very slowly.
Due to these issues, we did not enjoy our stay and will not return. We do not recommend this hotel.
