This was a large house and was great for our family, husband, wife, boy, girl, and grandma. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table. It was centrally located so it was easy to get to where we needed to go.
The bed configuration was not explained well in the description. This is a split level house. On the top floor are three bedrooms (one king and two with queen beds). Both bathrooms are on the top floor. On the bottom floor is a bedroom with twin beds. The washer and dryer along with a second living area and ping pong table are also on this bottom floor. The main living, dining and kitchen are on the middle floor on the other side of the house.
The parking is on the street directly in front of the front door. We felt quite safe here.
Our only cons were…mold in both bathrooms, which we bought cleaner and cleaned to our standards. (We have a couple of us allergic to mold.) And the dishwasher did not work. We let them know about the dishwasher early in our stay, but no one ever showed up to fix it. We only received one message saying the maintenance person would be informed. Since the dishwasher didn’t work we had to wash dishes by hand and there were not enough kitchen towels to do that properly.
