This thoughtfully designed home combines charm, comfort, and functionality to create a relaxing space perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends looking to explore Colorado Springs.

The living room sets a warm and welcoming tone with plush seating, soft lighting, and natural light from a large front window with a portable AC. Whether you’re curling up for a movie on the Smart TV or enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee, this cozy space makes it easy to settle in and unwind.



🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is compact but fully stocked, offering everything needed for easy meals at home. You'll find full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, a complimentary coffee station with pods, and a spice rack for added convenience. A cozy dining nook sits just off the kitchen—ideal for breakfast or casual dinners.

There is 1 parking space behind the house, with additional street-side parking available along the front curb.



Guest Access:

🔑 You'll have full access to the home’s interior spaces—including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, laundry area, and private backyard. While this is one side of a duplex, there are no shared interior or exterior spaces, and you'll have your own private entrance. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: Your unique entry code and check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you’ll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏠 Property Layout: This home is one side of a duplex - each unit has its own private entrance and yard access. If you're traveling with a larger group, the adjacent unit, Alder Row, is a spacious 3-bedroom and may also be available. Just reach out—we’re happy to check availability for the other unit!
