Great townhouse, with a very responsive property owner. There were a few issues with cleanliness— there were ants at the back door and in the kitchen when we arrived, which was quickly addressed and corrected. The trash bins were completely full and covered in bugs, which we brought to the hosts attention and we were asked to take them to the curb for removal. The ceiling vents were dirty and moldy, which we didn’t notice until our last night at the property. All of the towels were in the dryer upon our arrival — so we had to fold laundry for our stay. Overall, it is a great rental home in a convenient location with good amenities, but requires a little more property management attention.

One Night for an Early Graduation

We had 6 adults and 2 infants in town for one night to attend a 9am graduation ceremony. The house was great. Everything was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host accommodated an early check-in which was very helpful with the 2 babies. Definitely a great place to stay!
