The home is new construction, and very clean. The sunrise over the water is beautiful. The home is close enough to all that you'd need in College Station.

Excellent and quick responses! Newer home, in a great, quiet location. Nice view of the little lake behind the house, thru the large glass windows and sliding door. I LOVED the large screen tv that I was able to watch some football games on! Very clean and roomy and a two car garage was nice. Is definitely on our list to rent again on our next trip to College Station!
