Stayed only one night while visiting College Station. The hotel is an older hotel that has been remolded. We chose the hotel due to the proximity to A&M campus and price; however you get what you pay for. The hotel had a weird smell when we walked in and the room was not the cleanest, the shower needed attention. No issues with the bed or pillows. There were extra blankets in the closet. Room was spacious. There was no shampoo or body wash so we had to request it at the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and courteous. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything happening in the hallway. There was breakfast available and look OK. There were several people taking food to the rooms but we did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on that. Unfortunately we will not stay at this hotel again.

The room is spacious, but unfortunately, not the cleanest. Lots of hair in the bathroom from the previous day or possible cleaner. The bed was clean not bad in comfort. The shower tub combo wouldn’t direct all the water to the shower so it was minimal and small. Best option at the time for the money for game night but still expensive overall.

There soap dispenser in the bath was out of soap and the bar of soap was open with hair on it. There was empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The TV was stuck on one channel and one of the washcloths was stained. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
