This adorable cottage is less than a mile from campus which makes it the perfect place to stay for game days or anytime in Aggieland! It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The sofa turns into a queen bed in the living room. Included for the sleeper sofa is a mattress topper to add to the comfort. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, mini charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, Wifi and all bath linens.
