Wonderful Chalet on Exclusive Golf Course

Our house offers cozy, light-filled spaces and it is fully equipped in kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. AC equipment and blackout curtains provides comfortable nights in the bedrooms. Elsewhere, large sliding doors and windows provide natural air flux to keep you fresh all day. It has a private pool in the garden, where you can also host your BBQs. It offers privileged views of the fairway and a valley without other buildings. The house is just steps away from the luxury sports club, which includes a semi-Olympic pool, a gym, yoga and dance rooms, tennis and paddle courts, a jacuzzi, and a restaurant and bar. It has an 18-hole, par-70 championship golf course, home of the National Golf Olympics. Security is a key item in our Club; only pre-registered persons and vehicles can enter the our exclusive premises. However, once registered you have unlimited access to public spaces in the condominium. The Sports Club is highly ranked and it has an extra cost as well as the Golf Course. You can have unlimited access to both for about $850 CAD per family/month. Our condo is 5 min away from the best shopping mall in town and about 15 min from downtown Colima. The port of Manzanillo is about 1.5 hour drive and you can hire fishing boats there as well as in other beaches nearby. Other Golf courses are also available in the area, including the exclusive Four Seasons Tamarindo Resort. If you like hiking, the Colima Volcano and "pueblitos" are closeby. So are prehispanic ruins and very private resorts such as the Hacienda San Antonio.
