The room was clean, and we enjoyed the restaurant located on the property. However, there is no elevator, and having to use the stairs at all times was very inconvenient—especially since we had luggage. Our key cards also kept deactivating, so we had to go to the front desk almost daily to have them reactivated, which was frustrating since we were in and out of our room often.
While the room was clean, it was very basic and nothing particularly special. The biggest downside was the bed—it was extremely hard and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs some improvements to enhance the guest experience.
