The room was clean, and we enjoyed the restaurant located on the property. However, there is no elevator, and having to use the stairs at all times was very inconvenient—especially since we had luggage. Our key cards also kept deactivating, so we had to go to the front desk almost daily to have them reactivated, which was frustrating since we were in and out of our room often. While the room was clean, it was very basic and nothing particularly special. The biggest downside was the bed—it was extremely hard and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs some improvements to enhance the guest experience.

No elevator! 90yr old has to climb 2 fight of stairs. had 2 weeks worth of luggage to drag up and down the stairs. Room was smaller than described. Shower floor was not cleaned. only 2 towels provided for a 6 person stay. had to request more.

Staff and service, deserve five stars. They are great. Our only issue was with the conditions of the structure. Keys to the door were obsolete. We had to visit the reception more than 4 times during our stay for reactivating the system. About cleanliness, on our arrival we were welcomed by a tiny cockroach. Location is very good and it is a walkable area.

OUR FAMILY HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE 8 PLUS YEARS. TWICE SOMETIME 3 TIMES A YEAR. NEVER HAD NO PROBLEMS SMOOTH CHECK IN AND OUT. WE LOVE STAYING ON THE FIRST FLOOR BY THE POOL, THEY ALWAY ACCMMODATE US. Hotel was right in the plaza, which is a nice place to walk around in the evening. I got the junior suite. Room was nice, but the only problem is that the neighbors next to the hotel have roosters which kept waking me up at 3 in the morning until I decided to move rooms on the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants, shops and banks.
