The property was very clean, small but perfect for two adults. I would suggest a railing on the back stairway, as we both walk with a walker or cane and it was difficult to get up and down the steps.

The house was updated and very clean. There was a book of rules and just general information. It was unclear where our trashcans were so had to bother the host, just an info issue. The photos make it look bigger inside than it is. We pulled the kitchen table out from the wall to play cards. One leaf was broken, which we made due, but we could barely walk around the persons sitting down. Not a big deal, just be aware of the size if that matters.

We used this home for overflow sleeping accommodations for our party. Although the property itself is small, the house was clean. The property is steps away from Coldwater Lake. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
