Delightful Loon Lake Retreat

This newly renovated waterfront house on the Coldwater Chain of Lakes offers three inviting bedrooms, including one king bed and three queen/twin bunk beds. This variety of sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate different group needs, whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends. You'll appreciate the nice, open space created by the combined living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for socializing and relaxing after a day on the lake.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning for warmer days and forced air heating for our cold winter months, as well as a cozy gas-lit fireplace in the center of the living room, ideal for creating a warm ambiance on cooler evenings. We also provide high-speed WiFi so you can easily stay connected for work or entertainment. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are located right in the house, allowing you to pack light and refresh your clothes as needed during your stay. The two bathrooms are well-equipped, and you'll find a hairdryer available for your use.

Our large patio and well-landscaped yard are perfect for small events and gatherings, offering a lovely outdoor space to enjoy. The property also includes two boat docks, providing easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing, and is located just a short walk from a local convenience store for any immediate needs and a boat launch for easy access to the lake.

Great location and very peaceful! The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The patio is a great spot to drink your morning coffee, read a book or get some work done. We would definitely stay here again.

Doesn’t get much Better!

The house was immaculate, amenities were fantastic. Everything was updated and new. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this may have been top 3 for me!
