My family, and some of our closest friends, travel together every spring break, and we have rented homes across the state of Florida. There are eight of us total, so we are always looking for a home that can cover all of the needs we might have during the week’s vacation. THIS HOUSE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Between the dock for fishing, the pool for relaxing, and the hot tub for cool evenings it was absolutely the perfect location, and we already are anxious to come back. What’s more, the rental host was incredibly informative leading up to the trip with instructions on how the process would go, and even responded to an email during our stay where I simply wanted to ask a quick question. Even the gentleman that came during the week to clean the pool was friendly and kind! Everything about the week was absolutely perfect, even down to my daughter, realizing she had left one of her favorite items of clothing, and I reached out to the host to ask if it was found for any possibility of getting it back to us. He responded almost immediately in letting me know the crew would look for it and did in fact, let me know it was found and will get it returned. We could not be more happy, all the way around - 10/10, would most definitely recommend to any family or group looking for a vacation rental. And the cherry on top - all the manatees in the canal!! FIVE STARS!!

Stunning home & views. The host Zareh is extremely attentive and responsive. Beautiful home, stocked with absolutely everything you could require. The views are breathtaking, along with the endless wildlife to watch. We never got bored of seeing countless manatees every day, along with some dolphins. Highly recommended, the best villa we have rented over the last 20 years.

Nice Stay in Cocoa Beach

Property was clean and some minor maintenance issues were resolved very timely. Loved watching some dolphins and manatees in the water behind the house. Only downside was it was a bit more of a walk to the beach than we were hoping for. But overall we would definitely stay here next time we're in Cocoa Beach!
