Enjoy your luxurious, two bedroom suite on a 11 acre estate in the heart of the Cowichan Valley. You will overlook the dawn on Salt Spring Island, hear the eagles calling, and relax in your own piece of paradise.
The Xanadu 1 Luxury Suite sleeps 5. It is a large two bedroom suite with a comfortable queen bed, two twin beds.
Your suite comes fully equipped with a flat screen TV, Apple TV, and Netflix.
Your spacious tiled bathroom has double sinks and a full size bathtub and a shower. The Xanadu Luxury suite has a private entrance that opens out onto spacious lawn, gardens and trees.
There is free high speed wireless internet and private parking.
There is a front load washer and dryer, expresso machine, coffee and tea is provided, toiletries, a barbecue, and patio furniture.
You have privacy and beauty. Wander outside to meet the friendly bunnies, birds and deer. Enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fireplace. Enjoy breakfast outside in the sun. For fitness folks there is a trampoline, for the rest of us comfy lounge chairs. Guests can use all the amenities of Xanadu Estate. You have 11 acres of forests and gardens to enjoy.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25. Quiet please after 10 pm.
No smoking on the property. Pets must be on a leash, and please pick up after them.
The swim spa is very large, has jets, and is heated year round. Please arrange with Jane to open the swim spa for you. Children must be supervised in the swim spa.
We are located in the middle of the Cowichan Valley. Cowichan means 'the Warmlands'. We have the highest annual winter temperatures in ALL of Canada. Only rarely is there any snow. You can walk outside all year round. Come and enjoy paradise!
