While the room was generally clean, it lacked attention to detail, especially around the beds, where we noticed dirt and an old hair tie. The bathrooms were quite clean, and the rest of the hotel appeared well-maintained. I gave the property four out of five stars, mainly because of the friendly service and the quality of the breakfast. It would have easily earned five stars if the room had been cleaner and showed greater care in the housekeeping details"
