First room was dirty upon arrival, not at all the quality expected from a Country Inn and Suites. Arrived tired and ready to rest and my room was not clean. The toilet had urine stains and the sink was broken. Had to take everything downstairs and ask for another room. I was met with mild annoyance by the front desk. Second room was much better, better furnishings, not so old and in neeed of repair. It made me wander if I got a budget room since I booked through a 3rd party. The property is in need of refurb. One positive, the ladies preparing breakfast did a wonderful job. They were kind and cared about their work, really made for a great morning.

Annual trip south for winter stay…have stayed at this hotel for many years when heading to Florida. Room more than adequate for our needs - suites are large and clean, our top priority. Located in rather congested area with tons of shopping and restaurants. Handy! Rates extremely competitive and staff very friendly and accommodating.

The lobby is gorgeous and well taken care of. You can definitely tell it's an older building and has rowdy customers from time to time. Our hotel room door lock looks like it was at one time busted in and was like half fixed. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. It does seem like they are slowly upgrading everything and are trying to make the hotel better.

Staff were courteous. Stayed in a two room ‘suite’ which included a small kitchenette which made it worth the upgrade. The room, and hotel itself, needs some love. While surface areas appeared clean, large carpet stains were on the floor, furniture was stained and/or torn. Bathroom door had been pried open at some point. Plus, the mattress was uncomfortable. I didn’t hate it, but the building needs a refresh.
