Hard to believe this is rated as 3 stars

Room had a smell of cleaning chemicals. Room faced freeway and noise from traffic was heard in the room all night long. Breakfast was not something I would eat. Too much processed food. Had a banana and yogurt (tasted very sweet) from the breakfast bar. Hot water for my tea was in a pot that previously held coffee, so it did not taste like tea.

They should prolly add a fence wall between the hotel and the freeway. If you get placed on the free way side good luck getting any sleep.

The stay was sufficient. The bed was comfortable, the staff was polite and the breakfast was pretty good with a reasonable selection. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, however. Not bad, just not perfect. We wiped up a spill on the bathroom floor and came up with a lot of dirt. Other than that, a nice stay.

Yes. Josh was most helpful. You do need to change your cleaning agents and get rid of the mega strong and awful air fresheners. Very overwhelming and bad for our lungs. Our specific room 215 was disgustingly overwhelming with fabuloso and a scent releaser outside our door. We had to get a new room. Josh found us one that was less offensive . I am not sure I can stay there again as it was quite bothersome for my lungs.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our travel got delayed and they did a check-in over the phone ensuring we had a pet-friendly room as well. All we basically had to do is stop at the desk and pickup our room keys. We didn't arrive until late at night and after 14 hours of driving it was a relief to just go straight to the room.
