Villa Son Prats by Escape Home
Villa Son Prats is a home that is located on the Camino de Santa Catalina n8 in the municipality of Ciutadella. Area that stands out for its tranquility and at the same time for being well located near the beaches of Santandría, Sa Caleta and Ciutadella.
It is a house of about 350m2 located on a 2100m2 plot of land.
The house is divided into 2 floors.
It is a rustic-style property characterized by old-style but well-preserved furniture. It has a "Vintage" feel from the sixties and seventies. The bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated, the original floors of the period are preserved, as are the interior and exterior woods.
The peace that the property transmits is ideal to enjoy a pleasant vacation with family or friends in an idyllic setting facing the countryside and close to the city and neighboring beaches.
On the ground floor we find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a third bedroom with a single bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
On the upper floor of the house we find another 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds (both very spacious with magnificent views of the Menorcan countryside). The upper slope of the house is surrounded by a spacious terrace.
The very well-equipped kitchen has been renovated with a small island that houses the meeting center of the house. It is located in a large space open to the living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace. It consists of a table with chairs for several diners.
The outdoor terrace with views of the garden and connected to the living room is where we will spend most of the day, both due to its size and its location. The exterior has a barbecue area. Beautiful porch to spend unforgettable evenings with views of the pool and native garden.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
