Villa Sigfrid is located in the Cap d'Artutx urbanisation in the municipality of Ciutadella, approximately 8 kms from the town and 1.2 kms from Calan Bosch beach.
Supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as the bus stop are located approximately 250 metres away.
The villa is of classic Menorcan style both inside and outside. It is situated on a plot of approximately 500m2 and the house has a total of 100m2 built.
Ground floor villa with the following rooms: Lounge with direct access to the external terrace and access to the kitchen. It has a comfortable sofa, TV with foreign channels, free WiFi for guests.
The independent kitchen is elongated in shape and has all the utensils for cooking, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Italian and capsule coffee maker, kettle, hand blender, combination fridge and toaster.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third with a double bed. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with shower trays.
Outside it has a covered terrace with table and chair furniture for 5 diners and an external set of sofas and armchairs. Swimming pool and garden with built-in BBQ.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
