Villa Thea is perfectly located in the sought-after Cala Blanca complex, within walking distance of all services, including two white sandy beaches. With a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, fridge with freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle.

It consists of a lounge/dining room with TV with a spacious and comfortable sofa and table with chairs for 6 diners.

It consists of three bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two other double bedrooms with two beds each, and they share a bathroom with bathtub.

Furthermore, the villa has a safe without combination, cot and high chair, brick-built barbecue.



The villa will have free wifi for guests and new outdoor furniture.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
