Comfortable and welcoming semi-detached villa located in a quiet area of the Calan Blanes urbanisation. It has a private swimming pool with garden and brick-built barbecue.

Inside we find a rustic-style kitchen with everything necessary; electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee maker and dishwasher. We also find a dining area with tables and chairs adjoining the bright living room. Living room with TV and WiFi.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds with air conditioning, located on the upper floor with access to a private terrace, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a third single bedroom with fan (both located on the ground floor). All rooms share a single refurbished bathroom with shower and washing machine. The villa has a safe.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
