In a fantastic location, Villa Sa Sivina is just a 15-minute walk from the charming Marina of Cala'n Bosch. Filled with so many local restaurants and bars you'll be spoilt for choice. Walk a little further and you'll come to the beautiful white sandy beach a great spot for building sandcastles and snorkeling. If you don't feel like exploring then Sa Sivina is the ideal place for relaxation. The pool and terrace are enclosed for privacy where you will find ample loungers on which to chill out with your favourite book. A pergola-style terrace, great for alfresco dining is the perfect place to enjoy an evening BBQ with a glass of wine as you look forward to the days ahead. 
Inside, Sa Sivina has a spacious living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, ideal for those who want to escape the midday sunshine. The living room also features double patio doors that not only let in natural light but lead you to the terrace and garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up some culinary delights whilst on your holiday. Head through the house and you'll find three bedrooms, one double and two twins. The master double bedroom features patio doors with direct access to the terrace and a private ensuite. Throughout the property you'll find beamed ceilings, making your stay that little bit more authentic.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside a ramp for easy access. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 250cm wide. The terrace is very flat with small patches of artificial grass around the pool area. This is a ground-floor property. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen doors are 70cm wide.
