The room was very nice and laid out wonderfully with plenty of room for a couple to stay for multiple days. The walls are not very sound proof/dampening at all and we could hear the baby next door crying multiple times over our sound machine even. There is a machine, I’m guessing in the roof since we were on the 5th floor, that would kick on and run multiple times throughout the night. It was so loud that it startled us awake at least 4 times and it actually vibrated the room. The breakfast was okay, but definitely not what we expected as there were very few choices and the hot items were only warm today the least.

2nd time here in 3 mos. New trendy hotel, along the river/The Levee area which is very walkable. Also across the bridge into Cincinnati. Had the king efficiency suite. Loved the space and layout. Plenty of counter/shelf space in bath area. Decent hairdryer....ladies IYKYK. Good breakfast, real plates, glasses and silverware not plastic throw away. Also a beer wall. Nice outdoor deck/sitting space. And they just added Market Bar. Nice full bar w/tvs, pool table, sitting space, indoor/outdoor seating. Serves sub sandwiches which were very good. Mega Corp pavilion is on same property/next door. Great location for sports....MLB, football and soccer stadiums just across bridge. Also an awesome seasonal rooftop. Def stay again.

Undeniably the worst stay I've had in at least 10 years. The person checking me in gave me wrong information about the parking - it led to a lot of stress and an hour of my time wasted. Door lock in the room wouldn't work. Room would not cool off and thermostat kept making odd clicking sounds. There was no "city view" as listed when purchased - unless you think a parking garage is a city view. The biggest issue by far - THIS HOTEL IS INCREDIBLY LOUD WITH PAPER THIN WALLS. We got almost no sleep and were exhausted when we got home.

The room was spotless. Staff was friendly. The rooftop bar closed in October which the website didn’t say that. That was the reason why I chose this hotel. I pre-paid for my stay. When I checked in, I was then told that I needed to pay a $50 deposit and a $15 parking fee per day that I was not told of in advance.
Stove, full size fridge, coffee pot didn’t work correctly and went all over while trying to brew one cup of coffee.
