Meh.

The hotel is soooo loud. You will hear everything, the man upstairs killing the restroom, and all of your neighbors. The floors are neglected. The rooftop bar is amazing! The staff is so friendly, the breakfast bar is super slow to be restocked. Mainly the noise, the carpets being dirty, my TV not working, those are the main issues.

Awesome and clean place to stay.

The front desk person that I checked into that evening was the nicest person I’ve ever met! Very accommodating! The only thing that I could’ve used was a microwave. I was very shocked. It wasn’t one in the suite.

The receptionist Miss Cara went above and beyond for us. She ordered an uber for us and I just paid her. I was having trouble setting up the uber appt on my phone and she volunteered to help me out so I wouldn't be late for a wedding in downtown Cinncy. She is so personal e and kind to help an killer couple out.

Staff extremely helpful, from getting us to the parking garage to the smooth check in. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast had it all. Eggs, sausage, hash browns plus all the sides. Nice experience.

Awesome experience

Very clean. No moldy/musty odors like so many hotels. The curtains closed all the way and there were two easily-reached outlets on each side of the bed. The kitchen was spacious and the couch was large.
