The room wasn’t ready until 4pm. The indoor pool was not heated. That was the reason we chose that hotel, so my granddaughter could swim. The bathroom isn’t heated. When you get out of the floor, you are on an ice cold floor in a room that is about 40*. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a miserable stay.

HORRIBLE - Over sold their rooms. Gave our queen beds room away - they put us king bedroom - problem, I have 4 people in the room - there were no options given, just take it or leave it - no rollaway, no sofa bed, nothing. 5:30 p.m. on Saturday night, and no room at the inn. I was told the Fairfield had 2 king beds room open - 2 ladies working did not offer to help and just blamed someone else. There were many people displaced, and this seems to happen a lot here. Cool vibe for young adults, the air was THICK of left cigs, bar party in the lobby. (This did not work for my family.) We ended up at the Fairfield, much nicer; less party vibe and MUCH cleaner!

Room was great and friendly staff. Was surprised though that we had to pay an additional $15 to park in the hotel garage with no other viable parking option. Also do not expect a complimentary breakfast. While they serve breakfast it is made to order and also an additional charge.

Great location. Walkable to attractions in Newport and Cincinnati (weather permitting). Easy access to downtown Cincinnati and major highways. Dog friendly and a good value. It is our go to property in the Cincinnati area.

The staff was fantastic. The room was clean. My only concern was I didn’t see a fridge so I didn’t take my leftovers because I didn’t think I could store them. Little did I think to look under the sink in the bathroom as the fridge was located there. The location was great and I appreciated having parking on site. Breakfast in the morning was so good. Would definitely stay again.
