The Space:

Welcome to The Grand Elm Suites, a unique group-friendly stay in historic Ludlow that combines Grand Elm Suite 1 and Grand Elm Suite 2 into one reservation.



Together, the two private apartments accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This setup gives families and groups the best of both worlds—plenty of room to gather while still providing separate living spaces when everyone wants a little privacy.



Each apartment has its own private entrance, living room, kitchen, dining space, bedrooms, and full bathroom. It's a great setup for extended families, groups of friends, wedding guests, sports weekends, and travelers visiting Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky together.



LIVING SPACES

Both suites feature bright, comfortable interiors with their own living areas and Smart TVs.



Having two separate living rooms gives larger groups extra flexibility. Adults can relax in one suite while kids watch a movie in the other, or everyone can spread out after a full day exploring Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.



Grand Elm Suite 1 also features a sunroom that's perfect for enjoying morning coffee.



Grand Elm Suite 2 includes a balcony for additional outdoor space.

One of the biggest advantages of The Grand Elm Suites is having two kitchens for your group.

Both kitchens feature full-size appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, cookware, dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and other essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

Grand Elm Suite 1 includes a dining table with seating for 6.

Grand Elm Suite 2 includes a dining table with seating for 4 plus 5 counter stools.
