Second time returning to this hotel. The breakfast selections and staff are great, beds are very comfortable, rooms spacious with refrigerator & microwave. The staff are super welcoming and very professional. We reserved 2 rooms and they made certain to place them side by side and conjoined which was greatly appreciated. Pool and gym are not huge but are clean and a good amenity for the price.

Everything worked. I liked that. It was quiet. I loved that. I reserved two rooms. They were across the hall from one another. I liked that. The front desk was awesome! The employees I passed in the hall were kind and friendly. On the less than pleased side, it would have been nice to have a cup or glass in the bathroom. The "free" breakfast was a little underwhelming. The response time in manipulating the television selections was only slightly above dial in. Thank you for being there. Be safe. Be well. I didn’t like that the room above mines had so much noise that I couldn’t sleep nor really enjoy my stay They was bumping and jumping so hard and loud on the floor that I just had surgery and I didn’t get any rest that I had to leave the hotel so I didn’t enjoy the pool or weight room at all don’t know if I would stay again I don’t know Priscilla

The property was clean and had great options for dining and shopping.It was also conveniently located close to Kings Island.The front desk and maintenance staff were so very friendly and accommodating.Although the hospitality staff who were over the breakfast was very rude especially one woman who seemed to be the head over the staff she was very rude to several of the guests.Other than that this was the best option and my family and I frequent this area we will be sure to book Home Wood Suites again.

This hotel suites was a nice place to stay but not anymore for us , dogs barking , they walk the do on the property and do get the dog mess up and some people is allergic to animals so some floors or part of the place should be animal free.
