Nice room but there was no conditioner in the shower. Would have liked some additional toppings offered for the waffles. Other Hampton Inns have had better/more options. Good location convenient to Cincinnati.

AJ checked us in and she was very nice but did not let us know that the parking was $10. On hotels.com it says "self parking available" which we did not know meant there was a fee. The carpet in our room was wet and when I called the desk to let them know, I was told it had been cleaned earlier in the day but was given no option to move rooms or be compensated for walking on wet carpet. I know it meant it was clean, but it was still unpleasant.
