The property and rooms are great. The sheets SMELL clean and that’s a nice touch. My shower, unfortunately, was clogged and a bunch of hair flowed into the tub from the drain. It was disgusting! I had to remove the drain plug to shower. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, she was mortified and insisted that I email the manager right then because she needed to know. I emailed the manager and received no reply. When I went to the front desk the next day to book another room and extend my stay, I asked if it had been received. The desk clerk went and asked the manager and she simply told her to ask me if I needed maintenance. The manager stepped out to communicate with her desk clerk and did not even acknowledge me. So management receives zero stars.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sub par for the quality of the hotel (eggs were rubbery and tasteless, selection was not what we expected) but coffee was good and overall the stay was very positive. Great location to take in a sporting event with a short walk across the river bridge! Much better value than staying in Downton Cincy.
