Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen, ensuring a comfortable and fully equipped stay. A cot and high chair are available upon request and can be obtained from the provider's office against a deposit. The visitor's tax is charged separately and is settled on site directly with the landlord, amounting to CHF 4.50 per night for persons aged 16 years and above, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. Regarding the cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays being excluded, in which case the next working day applies. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
