The room felt really dirty and I was concerned about taking my shoes off to walk on the carpet bare feet. I slept really uncomfortable because I could feel the filth in the room although I couldn't see it at first. I later took a picture of the dust accumulation all around the bed Which made my skin crawl. It was really unfortunate and I'd like a refund.

The vibe of the hotel was awesome. The lobby bar is something out of a movie and the king bed rooms were spacious and very stylish. I would stay here again.

Rooms was nice and clean. Convenient location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our travel schedule was a little wonky but they had a room ready early for us. Free coffee gets high marks and it was decent quality too. Location is great. Two blocks from Willis Tower and 10 minutes from the lakefront.

The staff are very nice, kind and helpful. I just didn’t like that, they asked me if I need service or not when I was checking in. I rather just use the sign on the door, if I don’t need service. Other than that is a great hotel.

This location was great! Within walking distance of Michigan Avenue and Grant Park as well as cta trains. We ate at the Corner Bakery, just around the corner! Lots of dining options.

Hi! My only complaint is there was so non-dairy milk I had to ask for some, and they only gave me a cups worth (didn’t put out a carafe)… especially on marathon weekend this is a miss!
