Staff was super sweet and helpful. Nice to have free parking. Room was clean, stayed for night. Remote to tv didn’t work, but weren’t there long enough to really watch tv, just needed background noise while getting ready. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a place in the area.

i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!

Rogers Park is not convenient to downtown Chicago (i.e., an hour away from Wicker Park by car), but if that’s not a factor, this is a fine, reasonably priced option in the Chicago area. The lobby and breakfast area are minimalist, but the room was a good size and freshly appointed Ted with new furnishings that were comfortable and even a little stylish. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Came into town for the Cubs game. This hotel was the best value. It was 1.5 hundo, final. The room had tile floor but was clean. Parking was on site in the garage. There is not much within walking distance of the hotel but the area is in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

I arrived around 2 am with 2 children , 1 year old baby, my wife and mother in law and our luggage only to be told that there was an error and there was no room available. The worker was very helpful and allowed us to come in until we were able to find a new hotel to stay in.

The staff at this Super 8 over the past week were very helpful and Harry at the front desk was great and helped us with our parking needs. This was greatly appreciated! Great place to stay! Highly recommend! Harry is the best too and was understanding of our larger utility vehicle parking needs. Thx!!

At first glance we were concerned but our room was clean and a great size. Staff were nice. Bus station was very close. Covered parking was comforting. Meh breakfast. One challenge was slow check in via computer and with bad subtitles and no bathroom in lobby and after a long drive I really needed bathroom

Wish they had a storage for luggage cause other hotels in chicago have a place to storage luggage when you check out so then u can visit places or shop. Like their close to Loyola university and if they have visit time longer then the check out so u need a place to put luggage for people who travel by train or plane. Be much easier on us so we don't have to haul it around.the rooms are very nice.

The kiosk check in is beyond stupid. It took FOREVER. Almost a half hour just to check in. I’ve never stayed anywhere where this is the standard. There was somebody at the front desk the entire time. Why can’t a real person just check me it?

There were no bars for clothes on hangers even thought there were two alcoves that were clearly intended to be for hanging clothes. The TV remote control device only worked occasionally. Often we could not turn it on or change channels.
