Can’t say enough good things about this place. Clean and safe with beautiful views of the lake and skyline, and easy inside access to the entirety of the Navy Pier. Above all, the service is phenomenal with a wonderful staff inside and out. Special thank you to Ernest for getting us easily checked in through the whole process from the valet to our room. And, to the entire valet team as we were in and out multiple times during our stay. People can complain about the “extra” fees, parking costs, etc., but it is completely unwarranted. Like it or not, it’s the norm for travel these days. Especially, at big city, higher standard hotels. If you don’t like it, stay home. Sable is still one of the lowest priced hotels in downtown Chicago and the service alone makes it worth the stay even if it weren’t.

I asked the cleaner to clean the room when I left in the morning and when I returned at night I was surprised that the room was not clean. I went to the reception and told them, but they did not care about that and were satisfied with saying, “We will send one of the workers to take the garbage bags.” The other thing is that when I arrived home today, I was surprised that an amount of $64.90 was withdrawn from my card with which I booked the rooms. What is the reason for withdrawing this amount and the security deposit of $200? They did not return it.My hotel card is good, but the service of the staff is not good and they withdraw amounts from the customers’ cards without any explanation. Therefore, I ask you at Xpedia to return my money stolen by the hotel management. Thank you at Xpedia for your smooth dealings and sophistication.
