Every staff encounter, from Ham who graciously greeted us and helped with travel arrangements, Sandar at check-in, the wonderful friendly staff in the restaurant, was top-notch. Rooms were clean. The staff was absolutely awesome. I mentioned it was my son’s first time staying in a high rise and would love a high view. They placed us on the 25th floor with a beautiful view. Only recommendation I have is listing the time frame request for your vehicle to 60 minutes. There were a lot of people growing frustrated waiting for their vehicles.

The hotel and our room as a whole was very clean and staff were extremely accommodating when our room wasn't quite ready when we got there. There is a secure area to put your luggage in while you kill time until your room is ready. My biggest complaint is this is one more hotel downtown that states there is a pool and hot tub but upon asking about hours we were told there is no pool or hot tub. Everything else about our stay was excellent.
